(2018年9月5日,/HRoot.com/)根据罗致恒富的调查数据,约有一半(49%)的新加坡金融雇主有过员工在试用期因入职流程不佳而辞职的经历,其中27%的公司员工在入职第一个月就因入职流程的原因离职。

罗致恒富对新加坡150名财务、会计和金融服务领域的首席财务官进行了调查。调查发现,45%的首席财务官认为他们目前的入职流程是“良好”,9%的人认为他们的入职流程是“优秀的”,37%的人认为他们的入职流程是“充分的”。

罗致恒富新加坡董事总经理Matthieu Imbert-Bouchard评论道:“在当今人才短缺的职场中,太多的商业领袖们只是吸引人才,但是人才保留也是关键,因此,通过高效的入职流程,强调了帮助员工以最佳方式开始职业生涯的重要性。”

新加坡的商业领袖们表示,新员工平均需要4.5个月才能达到独立且熟练地应对工作职责。

罗致恒富认为,虽然有其他因素有助于帮助员工充分发挥他们的潜力,但有一个完善的入职培训计划至关重要。

“缺乏合适的入职培训项目的组织会面临更大的生产力风险,因为新员工通常需要更长的时间才能达到与在职同事相同的熟练程度。”罗致恒富表示。

(Sep.5, 2018, /staffingindustry.com/) Approximately half, or 49%, of Singapore’s financial employers have had an employee resign during their probation period due to poor onboarding processes, with 27% losing the employee during their first month because of it, according to survey data from Robert Half.

Robert Half’s survey, which polled 150 Singaporean CFOs within finance, accounting and financial services, also found that 45% of CFOs believe their current onboarding process is “good”, while 9% believe their onboarding process is “excellent”, and 37% say it is “sufficient”.
